mod_pagespeed for non technical folk!

  • adamjsmith

    @adamjsmith

    I am looking at the possibility of implementing mod_pagespeed (which is apparently possible on my awful GoDaddy shared hosting).

    Having had a not too great experience testing a couple of cache based plugins a little while ago, I wanted to check here to see if there are any negative implications involved in trying it.

    Is it simply that if I don’t see any benefit I can re-edit the .htaccess and disable it, no harm no foul, or is it the case that I will have a significant amount of damage control to do if I decide to disable it?
