[Resolved] mod_fcgid: stderr: WordPress database error Duplicate key name 'typeitem'

  • I am found several errors like this in my error log today. Any idea what they mean?

    [Mon Feb 11 00:10:50 2013] [warn] [client 108.172.[…]] mod_fcgid: stderr: WordPress database error Duplicate key name ‘typeitem’ for query CREATE INDEX typeitem ON wp_[database]_relevanssi (type, item) made by activate_plugin, do_action(‘activate_relevanssi/relevanssi.php’), call_user_func_array, relevanssi_install, _relevanssi_install, relevanssi_create_database_tables, referer: [url]/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s=

    Relevanssi tried to create a database index, but it already existed. It’s nothing critical.

    That previous error might be nothing critical but whenever Relevanssi is active I starting getting 503 Errors, can’t update pages and my error log starts sending these errors:

    [Thu Feb 21 14:46:08 2013] [warn] [client [ip]] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/vhosts/[domain].com/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/[domain]/functions.php:492) in /var/www/vhosts/sprottshaw.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876, referer: http://www.[domain].com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2083&action=edit

    What’s on the line 492 of your functions.php?

    @set_time_limit( 60 );

    Before that line is:

    /**
    * Perform a HTTP HEAD or GET request.
    *
    * If $file_path is a writable filename, this will do a GET request and write
    * the file to that path.
    *
    * @since 2.5.0
    *
    * @param string $url URL to fetch.
    * @param string|bool $file_path Optional. File path to write request to.
    * @param int $red (private) The number of Redirects followed, Upon 5 being hit, returns false.
    * @return bool|string False on failure and string of headers if HEAD request.
    */
    function wp_get_http( $url, $file_path = false, $red = 1 ) {
    @set_time_limit( 60 );

    I’m not sure how this is caused by Relevanssi.
