   this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.
 * when I search
    [http://www.example.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=search&s=JavaScript+to+Footer](http://www.example.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=search&s=JavaScript+to+Footer)
 * I am not sure where its coming from. Someone that manages plugins repository 
   should look into this.
