# Mod Security triggering

 * Hi,
 * My site virgin words is triggering mod security on the shared server. It is blocking
   my public IPs making it impossible me to access the site of cPanel. My host has
   given the following log. Please help me to resolve this issue as I don’t know
   what to do in this case.
 *     ```
       [Sat Aug 02 03:14:27 2014] [error] [client 42.104.26.195] ModSecurity: Access denied with code 406 (phase 2). Pattern match "
   
       Mangled mess redacted, please use http://pastebin.com/ instead.
       ```
