MOD REWRITE for showing domainname/page

Hi,

I am using WP as CMS.

I have many pages and sub-pages and child pages….

what I want is
instead of
http://example.com/about/testimonials/write-your-own-review/sam/
I want
http://example.com/sam/
I don’t want any parent pages I just need the domainname and the page name

how can I do this?

Any Idea?
