Mobile View – Port issue on hompeage

    Hi
    On our site ciansacademy.com ever since we have installed a facebook video, there is port view issue when site seen on mobiles. We have tried everything on our end, but still there is no solution.

    Can any expert here see the coding and advice what should we do. We are losing out on SEO also as site has become incompatible for mobile

    mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.

    what theme are you using

    where did you download it from?

    Mine is Inovoda child theme (paid)

    – Unfortunately, your currently used theme is not in the wordpress.org/themes/ directory:
    https://wordpress.org/themes/search/Inovoda/

    – These forums are for free themes available in the WordPress theme directory at wordpress.org/themes/. So please contact the developer/vendor directly for support with your question. You’ll be more likely to find a good answer from them, for they have the access to its code.
