Mobile view is distorted

how can i fix my website overall layout in mobile view. i have to drag it to the left to view full images in my posts, my footer is most affected. but the zoomed out view is the worst. I can’t reproduce the display on my phone. It looks correct there – not like what you see in your screenshot.
