  • This is a shortcode issue…

Do you have any idea how I can fix this?

The particular shortcode you are using is not executed and hence the result plain text codes are displayed. What is the used of that shortcode and for which plugin…? Additionally, you can checkout the support thread for that plugin too as well raise your problem there.

Because the free version of WPtouch does not support advanced features of your desktop theme such as shortcodes, you will see the raw code displayed in your mobile theme.

WPtouch Pro is built to accommodate advanced desktop theme functionality such as custom post types, custom page templates, and shortcodes. If you want to give WPtouch Pro a try, there’s a 7-day trial period during which you have full access to support and documentation to help you set up your desktop theme’s advanced functionality in your mobile theme. You may request a refund at any time within the trial period if you are not happy.
