    Hello Jose,
Thank you so much tor the amazing work, this plugin is a lifesaver.

Please excuse my very little experience in web development. This is my first project after all.

I’m trying to use your plugin on my homepage to make the artworks watchable to mobile users. a friend told me about your plugin, so I installed it, created a mobile version of the homepage, uploaded the adjusted artworks, and everything works perfectly on the mobile preview tab.

However, when I use any mobile to visit the page, it still shows the desktop version, nothing changes.

I went through most of the support topics you answered, I read what you wrote many times about the caching issue, but I can’t say I quite get it, I’m not using any caching plugins (not that I know of at least), and I’m not sure if I should.

    Here’s my website: https://badrshuaib.com/

I’d very much appreciate if you took the time to help me out, just please consider simplifying the notes you give me as much as possible.

    Thanks.

    Hi @badrshuaib

I would say the most probable cause of this issue may be:

    1) The page is served by the cache of the CDN secureservercdn.net that doesn’t distinguish between mobile and desktop.
    2) A conflict with the theme Emilynolan.
    3) A conflict with one of your plugins.
    4) The page is built in a non-standard way.

Here is what I suggest to check:

    1) Try to disconnect secureservercdn.net and check if you still have the same issue.
    2) 3) I see you already have Freesoul Deactivate Plugins, you can use it to switch to the default WordPress theme and disable all the plugins, but Specific Content For mobile. You can do it all in preview mode. Watch the video of this post to see how you can do: https://freesoul-deactivate-plugins.com/how-check-which-plugin-causes-issues/
    4) Create a new page for testing purposes. Just write “Desktop version”. Create the mobile version of that page and write just “Mobile version”. Then provide please the URL of that page. If that page works, it means it’s something related to the way the homepage is built.
