Hi @hipshot0710, does the upload work on desktop? If it was a problem only on mobile, that might be an issue with your cellular data plan blocking or restricting uploads.

No issues with desktop upload. All services are enabled for uploads from my device which I can do with social media and dropbox.

This indicates to me that there isn’t a problem with your WordPress site or it’s back-end, but something wrong with your phone, network, or the file formats on your phone. For example, if you email yourself the files from your phone and try uploading them on a computer, do they work? If so, that would suggest that the files themselves are fine, and point back to a phone network issue or other problem.

thanks for trying to help. I believe its either the mobile app or the permissions on the mobile app.
I’ve had issues uploading on:
Samsung
S10/S20/S21
Since the release of the mobile app I have not been able to upload anything, text or images.
I can see my blog, I re review posts etc. I cannot create or post a new post. OR upload images.
Its not the network.
Its not the phone.
Is it possible to up load jpegs here so show the error message?
Ah, great, that’s the piece I was missing: you’re using the WordPress App. Great! I would recommend uninstalling and re-installing the app, but there’s also a dedicated WP Android forum you could post in and likely get more helpful results: https://android.forums.wordpress.org/forum/troubleshooting
