[resolved] Mobile theme on iPhone not displaying correctly (6 posts)

    I am using Events Manager 5.4.4. When viewing the events list on an iPhone the page is not formatted to fit the screen. WordPress is detecting a mobile device; All other pages (non events manager pages) appear correctly. The events page appears correctly on an Android.

    Is there a setting for this? Or a work around? I am not a programmer so it has to be an easy fix.

    this might be a theme issue; can you share some links for us to see and analyze under android or iphone?

    http://www.brookfieldbrewers.org/events/ (list of events)
    http://www.brookfieldbrewers.org/Lessons/lessons-71-session-1/ (single event)

    Using Mantra theme.

    Thank you!

    This is because EM by default uses a table for the events list.

    In order to adapt to your theme you will need to tweak the default formats by going to Events > Settings > Formatting and change the formats to use a responsive CSS-based table instead.

    If you're not familiar with CSS tables you'll need a developer to help you out.

    Thank you - -I am, in fact, not familiar with CSS :-(
    If anyone has a quick fix or line of code I can add (I assume to the "Default single event format" html box) it would be much appreciated.

    I use table format for the list of events, and it works fine with theme: Suffusion

    Using the responsive layout in suffusion, sidebars are aut. removed.

    Event table header:

    <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="events-table" >
    			<th class="event-time" width="100"> </th>
                            <th class="event-time" width="85">Date/Time</th>
    			<th class="event-description" width="*">Event</th>

    Event table:

      <td>#D d. #j #M<br/>
          {has_location}<br/><i>#_LOCATIONNAME, #_LOCATIONTOWN</i>{/has_location}

    Single event:

    <div style="float:right; margin:0px 0px 15px 15px;">#_LOCATIONMAP</div>
    	#_EVENTDATES<br /><i>#_EVENTTIMES</i>
