Mobile Theme

The mobile version of my site is ruining the readability of my blog for mobile users. The theme is Sempress, I don’t want to change the background of my theme it goes very well with its theme. I can’t change the color of my font either and that’s not letting the misc. menus guides and items on my widget’s sidebar standout, it’ like a dark grey and my background is a lot of dark color’s. When it’s in pc and tablet the background is covered (in the writing area)with a white background making it at least readable but not the side widgets and menus. The mobile version is lacking the covering for the main text, making it extremely difficult to read.

What I want to accomplish with this thread is

I want to learn how to change the text color of the menu and widget text color

How to turn of the theme for mobile. I chose to disable theme but it still shows it so I don’t know what to do.
