# Mobile text doesn’t load before interaction

 * Hello all,
 * During the making of my website I have come across a problem. The webpage looks
   perfectly fine on desktop and tablet. But once on mobile it starts to glitch.
 * I have to interact with my screen before text and images start to display. This
   way it makes the website very user unfriendly and I need this to be fixed asap.
 * Does anyone know how to fix this issue? thank you very much in advance.

 * Since I work for a company and on their Elementor Pro account I am sadly not 
   able to open a support ticket on my.elementor.com. Could it be answered here 
   as well?
