1) Is there a way to make the bullets align left (not center) on mobile. http://smc.dmediasites.com/services/international-planning-risk-management/
2) Is there a way to make the logo larger on mobile but not on desktop? I am doing this:

.logo_col {
max-width: 40%;
}

In CSS. 40% looks great on desktop but too small on mobile. 60% looks better on mobile but way too large on desktop.
