# Mobile Smart Button Not Working

 * Was testing on my phone and noticed that when I click the Paypal button, I start
   to see the circular paypal loading graphic, but then it goes away and it just
   shows me the cart page again. It’s like it’s trying to open a popup but can’t.
   I’m using Chrome app on Android. Anyone else experience this? Is the Paypal smart
   button popup being blocked? Actually, I just noticed it’s doing the same thing
   to me on the Chromium 63.3.41 browser on this desktop machine running Neverware
   Cloudready. When I tested it earlier on Chrome on Windows desktop, it was working.
   I’ll need to see again if it’s working on Chrome too.

 * Please try clearing your browser cache and see if the problem persists. I was
   noticing that issue myself, but when I clear my cache it fixes it.
