Mobile site not loading

    Hello, I am running eleven40 and the desktop site works fine, but the mobile site is just blank. The site is sigmetrix.com and when i go to CUSTOMIZE, and preview the desktop loads and the mobile and tablet preview are indeed blank.

    I cannot find a way to edit the mobile content, and I also have not found a way to just disable mobile display.

    Any suggestions on how to remedy this issue?

    Since that is a commercial theme we recommend you go to their official support channel so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know about the theme functionality or configuration. The vendors are the best option for support of their commercial products.
