 * Hi there,
 * The slider on our webpage was working perfectly a week ago on mobile and desktop.
   But has recently stretched itself on Mobile? Also whenever I change the settings
   and Save it. It reverts back to the original settings. Is there a mobile responsiveness
   setting somewhere?
 * Can I please have some help on this?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fmobile-responsiveness-24%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for choosing Master Slider.
 * Please enable **Auto-height slider ** on Slider Settings -> General Settings.
 * Let me know the result.

   to the settings again its been unselected or not saving the new settings?

 * I guess it’s caused by plugin function conflicts.
    In order to isolate and find
   the issue, please try to deactivate all plugins on your website. Except Master
   Slider.
Then try to enable that option on Master Slider. If it works fine this
   time and isolating resolved the issue, reactivate each plugin individually until
   finding the cause. If it did not work either, try to switch to default WordPress
   theme or Phlox theme and check out whether it works or not.
 * At the end, if the problem persists, please visit our support center and create
   a new ticket. Our support staff are there to give you the best possible assistance:
