Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this. It’s not something I’m able to reproduce on my local testing site.

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any messages you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?

After all that, please let us know if you think you’ve found a bug.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

    1. All the plugins and WP are the latest version.
    2. Deactivate all the plugins except Events Calendar and problem remain the same.
    3. Change theme to “Twenty Fifteen” and plugins deactivated. Problem solved.
    4. Active all the plugins and test with “Twenty Fifteen” and working fine.

So the problem has to do with my theme. So what can I do next?

    Hey zannoni,

If you turn on the developer tools when looking at the site, do you see any javascript errors in the console? There could be a javascript error in the theme that is preventing other scripts from running.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hi BeardedGinger,

The javascript errors are shown in my first message. The problem is that I detect the error, but I don´t know how to solve it.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

As much as we’d love to help, these types of conflicts are outside the scope we’re able to provide. Your best bet in the situation is good old fashion Googling and you may also want to reach out to the theme author to see if they have any insight.

Best of luck and thanks for choosing TEC!

Since they were so unwilling to even offer a bit of assistance I had to resolve this issue myself. It was as easy as making sure I was loading a recent enough version of jQuery. I know this post is old but I hope it is helpful to others.

How you manage to solve it?

Find out where you are loading jQuery and specify a later version. For example, I was using 11.11.3, I changed it to 11.12.4.
