Mobile Popup is not showing

    Hello Team,

    I have configured the Popup for Mobile with Simpply red – mobile version.

    After visitor scrolled down 100% on the page
    after visitor has visited 2 pages

    The above options are selected but no response in the mobile. I have tried with incognito mode.

    Hello Giri,

    Currently, there is a minor issue with the display rules and the temporary solution for your case is to uncheck ” after visitor has visited 2 pages” and leave just:

    After 30 seconds
    After visitor scrolled down 100% on the page

    The team is working to permanently fix the issue.

    Hello Team,

    Its working with ‘After visitor scrolled down 100% on the page’.

    Pls let me know once fixed the issues for all the rules.

    Note: If I selected “Show it to the same visitors max. once per 15 days” rule, its not showing the popup even If I’m using the Incognito or private window. FYI

    If I uncheck its working. Logically it should work while in Incognito Windows.
