Mobile Plugin? Self-hosted WordPress user wants to use a mobile phone browser to access his blog’s wp-admin interface! (i.e. dashboard.)

(a simplified mobile-friendly version of course)

is there a plugin that can do this?

I’d prefer to only see the mobile interface while on my mobile, but I don’t care if I see it all the time. (i.e. on my desktop AND mobile.)
