Your popup (slug-name: message-envy; ID: popmake-17936) is showing up fine on my old iPhone 5 (Auto Open trigger). However, change the position of the popup from ‘Middle Center’ to ‘Top Center’ (in Popup Admin: ‘Display Settings’ >> ‘Position’ >> ‘Location’). That way, visitors on mobile will be able to access the ‘Close’ button in the upper right corner. Currently on mobile, they can’t access that button, so there’s no way to close it.
