Mobile not Showing the same as Desktop?

I am kicking myself for going to self-hosted wordpress knowing I don’t know A THING about html, css, and all the other tech jargon.

I have 1 problem. The website: sipblack.net works perfectly fine on the desktop. However, when I visit it from a mobile phone (no matter the phone or browser), it is showing some default theme settings. For example, it shows some icons: “parralex effect, woocommerce, custom content blocks” right under the title header. and at the footer, the default information is there: Company address, contact@site.com, some out of country number.

I have tried going in, saving and resaving, tried accessing from multiple phones (even a stranger’s in a coffee shop). Nothing is working.

I know N.O.T.H.I.N.G about coding so if this is a coding issue, I’ll need the coding-for-dumber-dummies step by step version.
