Mobile not displaying properly

Hi! This theme is perfect for what I need, but the mobile display shows a very basic menu and search bar and is not displaying the site as it is configured and displayed when customizing. I’ve trying turning off plugins and reinstalling but no luck. Thank you!

On my IOS devices, it displays like the image link below, but I realized it started working when I disabled the WordPress Jetpack plugin. That plugin was the problem. Would love to use Jetpack if the issue can be fixed.

It consistently displays incorrectly when I activate Jetpack, and correctly when I deactivate jetpack.

Hi there, thanks for sharing the screenshots.
For what I can see the problem is that you’ve enabled the jetpack mobile theme menu which, overrides the theme.
It’s not a compatibility issue, it’s how that jetpack’s module works 🙂
You might want to disable it. Also see:

Thank you Rocco! That was it.

I turned off the Jetpack mobile theme and it’s all working great. I should have dug deeper into the Jetpack settings. Now I know!
