 * if I activate WP optimize, my mobile menu has not function / is not clickable.
 * Is there a way to exclude the menu?

   Could you please try to uncheck the option “Enable merging of Javascript files”
   and “Enable merging of CSS files” from WP-Optimize > Minify > JS and CSS and 
   check if it helps to fix the issue?
