Mobile Menu that can be positioned in existing DIV

I need a recommendation for a mobile menu that I can position within my existing <nav> tags. I like the Touchy plugin – very compact, nicely styled, but that only positions itself within its own fixed bar (and the HTML code ends up in the document header!). I’m using a theme that has its own menu bar that becomes sticky below a certain width, and I want to continue to work with that.
