Mobile Menu Showing up in Firefox and Internet Explorer

    The main top menu works perfectly fine in Google Chrome but when I open my website in Internet Explorer and Firefox, the mobile hamburger menu shows up instead of the main menu. Is this a browser bug or theme bug? How should I go about fixing this?

    I checked in both Internet Explorer and Firefox and the theme worked perfectly.

    I have a custom function to add another menu on top of the main menu but it seems to work perfectly fine in Chrome. Any ideas?
