I’m not sure if the mobile-menu is meant to work with tablets such as ipad, but I was using it, as the main theme menu doesn’t look good at this size. With update 2.7.3 it caused the mobile-menu to disappear from the ipad screen size (768 x 1024). Is this an intended change?

What defines if the Mobile Menu is visible is the resolution in the Mobile Menu Visibility(the 1st option inside the General options tab).

Try to increase it just a few pixels to see if it works.

Thanks Rui, it’s working again now by changing to higher value. When I was looking at the menu, I noticed that in the second level menu there is an X in a square box. Is it possible to remove this close box? I tried to hide it with CSS, but the element is linked to the arrow, so if I hide the box, it also hides the arrow. I also tried removing the ‘close-icon’ class from the element, but the arrows wouldn’t work properly without it. Ideally I’d like to have it so that only 1 submenu can be expanded at once, but if I can hide the box, I can work on that.

Can you send me your site URL and a screenshot of the close box?
If you want to keep your site URL private just send an email to [support AT wpmobilemenu DOT com]

    Thanks
