• Hi,
My mobile menu (the 3 horizontal lines) doesn’t open on posts. Here’s an example:

    Many thanks,

    Hey Laura,
My first thought is that you have a conflicting plugin. I would suggest deactivating your plugins to test. Let me know if there’s no change.

I just tested, it worked for me did you get this working?

No, it’s still not working on my mobile nor on my iPad. I’m talking about the mobile menu tested directly on mobiles. The mobile menu works on the homepage, category pages and pages. It just doesn’t work on posts.

Did you try deactivating your plugins? Are you up to date on everything?

Hi Hannah, I deactivated the plugins and it looks like the Q2W3 Fixed Widget (Sticky Widget) plugin was creating the problem. Thanks! I’ve deactivated the sticky post plugin which is a pity because I really liked it. Is there a way to make it work though?

Also, I’m struggling with the admin-ajax.php that takes 1-2 minutes to upload on posts. I’m trying to get my load time under 2 minutes, but most of the times I check it with Pingdom it’s 5 minutes or more, depending where it’s tested from. Any ideas?

Looks like that plugin has not been updated in two years. Unfortunately I’m not sure of another plugin that offers that. You could try contacting the plugin support!

As far as load time goes, you should check out our latest post. Super helpful information on obtaining a faster site- http://kadencethemes.com/need-for-speed

Hi Hanna, I’ve uninstalled the Q2W3 Fixed Widget (Sticky Widget) plugin and installed the Fixed Widget plugin wordpress.org/plugins/sticky-widget/. I have the same problems. Now this plugin was updated 5 days ago. The mobile menu simply doesn’t open on mobile devices (but only for post pages where the Fixed Widget plugin is). Is there anything that can be done on the theme side? Thanks!

It’s not necessarily about when it was last updated. A poorly coded plugin is a poorly coded plugin. This particular one doesn’t seem to have a whole lot of feedback with it. I’m not sure of anyone one that offers this. The theme developer may have more insight on this. He is currently out of town but I will make sure he looks into this.

    Hey,
Could be a css thing where they are overriding bootstrap, can you put the plugin in so I can take a look? When I look at your link I don’t see any plugin like this in the sidebear.
