    Hi. The Complianz consent dialog doesn’t display on mobile versions of my website, and the mobile hamburger menu doesn’t work. When I disable Complianz, the mobile menu does work. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Many thanks…

    Hi @ch3252,

    Your site uses Divi, which has combined reCaptcha and core theme js into one file, which causes an error when the reCaptcha integration is enabled. reCaptcha is blocked before consent for GDPR compliance purposes.

    The problem is that because the core .js file is blocked, other functionality is also blocked. This is causing the problem.

    To resolve it, you can disable the reCaptcha integration in complianz/integrations/services

    If you use a caching plugin, clear the cache to make sure you’re looking at the new html.
