    Hey Gang –

I am having two separate issues working on a custom theme designed by a third party.

I am hoping these can be resolved by a basic line of code or are plug-in related since my skill set is pretty crude, but any advice is appreciated.

The first issue I am having is that our main menu is not functioning at all when the site is accessed from a mobile device.

The second issue is that when I add sub-menu items to our main menu, they do not show up as drop down options, which would definitely be ideal for the workflow.

    Thanks for your time!

Have you talked to your developer? Your theme is broken and it seems that’s the first place to turn. Also, as this theme is not on wordpress.org, we can’t access the code.

I see some errors in the console, but I don’t think they’re relevant to his issue:

Thanks for taking the time Steve,

We hit a bit of a fork in the road with the developer if you will.

We are hoping to just keep this site as is for the most part until we do a complete overhaul.

My goal was just to make the most of the situation for the time being and button up a few loose ends if at all possible.

In the words of Yogi Berra, “when you come to a fork in the road, take it.”

You probably need to hire a developer to put “hands on” and fix this. You can try http://jobs.wordpress.net

As you’re in LA, take advanatage of the large WordPress community there. Check meetup.com for local WordPress meetups and contact some of the organizers for local referrals.
