Hey I found the solution for this.. not exactly what you want but i manage to show word “Navigation/Menu” instead of last item.
To do this:
go to editor (you can do ths from plugin->shrtcode menu->edit)
select shortcode-menu/js/tinynav.min.js file
then on very first line after comment add your preffered word in betweeen “” after header, as shown below i have added word “Navigation”

I found out this plugin yesterday, and was exactly what I was looking for…
I quickly discovered the responding button issue, and cam here to report/find solutions. Not only the last item on the menu was selected, but you could not load (select) that page from the responsive menu.
