Support » Theme: Sydney » Mobile menu is hidden

  • Hi

    I have a problem with mobile menu rendering on our company website. When the menu icon is clicked, the menu seems to be empty. However, when I zoom out on the mobile page, I can see the menu hidden on the right hand side on a white background. I just happened to click on the white area and the links are there (invisible though as they are white too). How can I get the menu to set on the right area? I am using chrome on my mobile (Android). I have deactivated all unnecessary plugins. I tried updating the CSS with codes on other support topics but it didn’t work.

    Thank you

  • Hello there,

    I visited your site and found the mobile menu is working fine to me as seen on the below screenshot.

    Have you been able to manage it yourself?

    Hello,

    Yes I managed to fix it, it was an issue with CSS as we used to have a slider in the header so I had to remove a code:

    div.menu-header-menu-container {
    margin: -45px 0px;
    }

    .text-slider .maintitle, .text-slider .subtitle {
    margin-top: 90px;
    }

    That seemed to fix the issue.

    Thanks anyways!
