    Hi mate,

I love the work you’ve done with the theme, and also here in the support forums.

I’ve been messing around with the theme all day and somewhere along the line, appear to have messed up the icon for the menu in the responsive mobile site.

    http://www.lightblbau.com

Have I deleted an icon file somewhere, or is there a piece of coding missing?

    Regards,
    Dan.

    Hi Dan,

Thanks, I’m glad you like it!

You know I’m actually still seeing the mobile menu icon when I visit: screenshot.

Is it still missing when you view the site? If it is, please let me know the mobile device and browser you’re using to view it.

    Thanks!

That’s interesting! It still doesn’t appear on my browser (Chrome on a Samsung S7), but also doesn’t appear on an online mobile browser emulator I’ve been using.

On my phone, it appears as a rectangle with a cross through it – on the emulator, just a blank rectangle.

Thanks for the info! I’ve figured out what’s happening.

The site runs on the domain lightblbau.com, but the icon font used for the mobile menu is being loaded from www.lightblbau.com. Browsers will actually treat the “www” variant as a separate domain, and some of them will block the font from being loaded. This is to block potential cross-site scripting attacks.

To fix it, you can remove the “www” from the site address in the General Settings menu in your dashboard. The icon should then show right away.
