# Mobile menu doesn’t open in Android

 * Hi, I have another problem:
    the mobile menu doesn’t open in my samsung mobile.
   I see that in the website it works, and when I go to the customize theme place,
   I can see the menu open and close without problem. And if I reduce the size of
   the window on my laptop to the size of the mobile screen, the menu works without
   problems. I think it is a problem with Android, but I don’t know how to fix it.
   Could you help me, please?

 * Testing for you today using Android and iOS devices something on your site is
   preventing the menu from opening on any of those.
 * It could be some custom code or code from an installed plugin as I’ve not been
   able to replicate the same behaviour on any of my test installations including
   this one below.

 * Have you tested on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce
   along with removing any custom code/CSS etc to try and locate what on your site
   could possibly be causing this behaviour?
 * Once you have disabled all other plugins and remove any additional code test 
   to see if the behaviour is resolved. If it is you can then enable your site’s
   plugins and add any code back testing after each addition until the behaviour
   returns to locate the culprit.
