* menu drops down with a white background and the text is a light gray and you
really can’t see the text. If you try and click on a link nothing happens. How
do you configure the menu for mobile devices?

* The white text on grey background has been set in the theme editor, you can change
either or both of those settings to make the text more readable.
* The text widgets contain something like this:
