Mobile livestream “video unavailable”

    The livestream works great on desktops, but when viewed on iPhone, receiving message “Video Unavailable. Playback on other websites has been disabled by the video owner.”

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    Do you have any restrictions on your YouTube channel for embedding? Go to the channel’s settings page to see what you might have set for upload defaults: https://www.youtube.com/upload_defaults

    Does the issue show on non-iPhone mobile devices?

    “video unavailable…” shows on all phones and laptops on livestream. It works great on my desktop.

    It’s only on livestream.. I can check the “allow embed” on archived videos and it works fine….

    The only thing we’ve learned about this from YouTube’s support is that sometimes devices on wireless networks have problems connecting to live streams. The fact that you were able to view on desktops but not mobile seems to confirm this fact.
