Thanks for sharing the screenshot! I’m afraid we’re only the developers of the plugin which is responsible for syncing the products to your Facebook catalog. Shop based issues such as this would be better directed to Facebook support instead.
That said, I know there is an option in the Facebook settings to control how that button behaves. I wonder if you were to toggle this setting if it would also work on mobile too?
You can find this by navigating to your shop page when logged in as admin, clicking Settings, and then Shop. There will be an option for “Use Checkout URLs“.
If you turn this off, does this make a difference for your mobile users?
