# Mobile issue

 * Hello,
 * I’ve been using Learnpress to create a student portal. Our issue is that when
   we unlock a course for a student (I should mention that all orders are made “
   manually” via the backend) a very strange thing comes up. The student can access
   the course normally from his/her PC or iOS device but on Android devices, most
   of the times it is still shown as locked and the student can’t access the content
   of the course.
 * We are trying to find as to why but we are out of ideas. Anyone else has the 
   same issue?

 * I’ve met this issue before. It may be due to your cache of the site. Please try
   clearing the cache and check it again.
