Mobile Homepage is mashed

    Hi,

    A few months ago I had my site professionally optimised by you and it’s all been great until I have had to make a few changes. Yesterday I updated the homepage to show our Christmas collection. On desktop it’s fine, but the mobile version is mashed with cover block not displaying properly, YouTube embeds not preserving their aspect and customer reviews completely disappeaed.

    I have used debugging to confirm this is a LiteSpeed issue. I have sent report ID FMWUADIN. Obviously I need to adjust the setting so that I can update the homepage without having this problem every time. Could it be to do with Guest Mode?

    the youtube frame looks alright on me , please do me a screenshot exactly does it show on your browser

    and for review , please do me a side by side screenshot comparison as how it loads without plugin enabled and how it loads with plugin that makes it disappeared

    Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly. The problem is only on mobile, so if you are looking on desktop it will look fine.

    I have done comparison screenshots for you here: https://limewire.com/d/w7UmA#H06rKXkycc LiteSpeed On is the normal one, LiteSpeed Off is with all features disabled under the debug settings. LiteSpeed Off is what the page should look like.

    please go to litespeed cache -> toolbox -> purge -> purge UCSS , then purge all , see how it goes

    That has fixed the image display and the Youtube embeds, thank you!

    But it hasn’t fixed the reviews which are still not displaying. Can you suggest something for that please?

    Hi,

    I have just done some more purging as I was making some excludes for another plugin and the reviews are now displaying. And the other plugin is fixed! So all is well 🙂🙃. Thanks so much for your help and patience.
