Are there any plans to make TreePress mobile friendly, so panning and zooming are working seamlessly?

If using a simple responsive Organization-chart such as https://codepen.io/siiron/full/aLkdE — with spouses inside the each node — as an presentational option, it would be responsive by nature.

Otherwise, is it possible to create own widgets/plugin/whatever (not a WordPress/PHP developer by trade) that uses your internal API to present a tree with custom implementation? If so, is there any documentation on how to fetch and iterate the tree?

I’m just trying out the free trial, and the answers to these questions are probably the difference between NO or GO for us.

    Hi
It’s not something we have on the agenda at the moment, but it has been mentioned by other users and I will pass on your message to our dev team. We are considering a widget, but the idea was to build a research aid so people can record their research if they are, for example, in a library, church or graveyard. API is in the works but no documentation yet. This plugin is quite new and we have a lot of plans for enhancements, but it’s not all there yet. Great to have your ideas!

    Paul
