Hello @fafa24,
I am sorry about the issue you are having but I am happy to assist you with this.
Have you set up CDN in W3 Total Cache as well besides the BunnyCDN plugin you are using?

Hello Marko
No, when I use the BunnyCDN plugin for testing I disabled W3 Total Cache. Only one plugin is active.
Thanks,
Edy
Hello,
What I meant is when W3 Total Cache is active, have you set up CDN within W3 Total Cache?

Hello
Yes, I set under General Settings, CDN Type “Generic Mirror” and then under CDN, replace site hostname with “cdn.edywerder.ch”. SSL is set to auto.
This is according a how to I found in the internet.
Hello,
There is a guide on how to setup BunnyCDN with W3 Total Cache on their website. There is a possibility that you have not set up you CDN properly and there is some misconfiguration.

Maybe there are some setting in W3 Total Cache I can tweak. I tried a few, but they mixed content re https and http still exists.
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://edywerder.ch/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure font ‘http://cdn.edywerder.ch/wp-content/plugins/social-pug/assets/fonts/socialpug.woff’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
If I disable W3 Total Cache I get no error with Google Mobile friendly test. I’m generally very happy with W3 Total Cache. I get some very good speed tests result. But I’m afraid Google smarthpone bot won’t be that happy.
Any other idea?
Thanks,

Hi Marko,
I have some more new findings.
If I disable CDN in the W3 Total Cache and ran the mobile friendly test, there are no issue with mixed content re http and https requests.
So it appears that W3 Total Cache doesn’t work that great with BunnyCDN. There are a lot of setting in your plugin. Any chance to get to work?
Thanks,
Edy
Hello @fafa24,
As said in the previous message, your website score is awesome when using W3 Total Cache and bunnyCDN – Generic mirror. This means that it works great.
We do not have it under recommended CDN but it works with Generic mirror.
As you can see website score significantly dropped when you switched to another caching plugin.
You should try to switch SSL support: Enabled (always use SSL), or you can use BunnyCDN plugin without enabling CDN in W3 Total Cache.

Yes I agree score is great with W3 Total Cache and BunnyCDN. However Google mobile friendly test complains about mixed content. I have also mobile page errors in my Google Search Console. At the moment It’s more important for me that Google Search Console will recrawl my pages without an error.
Currently I have enabled another Cache plugin. It doesn’t perform as great as yours though.
Thanks
Edy
Hello @fafa24,
Have you tried purging your CDN? There is a possibility since you have been using a plugin for CDN and CDN via W3 Total Cache that in some point there was a conflict between those.
