Mobile Devices Pages and Duplicate Content

    Hello to everyone in the forum

    I just found in the Google Webmasters Tools a duplicate meta description concerning my homepage and another page (the same actually), whose url is /?MD
    I guess MD is an Auto-generated page for Mobile Devices.
    I just don’t know where to go to change this page description in order to get rid of the duplicate content.
    Any idea?

    PS: The theme I use is a TwentyTwelve child, and there is a cache plugin too (lite cache).
