Mobile Devices

When I view my blog (www.innerwestmassage.com.au/blog) on a smartphone there are no menus anywhere which means someone landing will only have the capability of viewing just the one blog article.

Is there an easy way of including a menu of recent and/or popular items somewhere on the page of a mobile device.
