    Theme: TwentyTwelve Child

    Problem/Issue:
I recently viewed my webpage on a mobile device and noticed the blog appears above my header image, and I want it the other way around. The reason this is happening is likely due to me changing the theme into a two-column layout so that my blog (primary content) on the right with the header image and table of contents (secondary content) on the left using FireFox on my laptop. Therefore, I believe that the mobile browser is set to display the primary content on top, with the secondary below.
    Question:
How do I make mobile devices show my site’s secondary content on top?

    Thank you for your time!
