Mobile: change CSS

    I’d like to customize CSS of pop-up button on mobile only, but I can’t find a way to skip LeftSide animation (I don’t want animation at all on mobile only) when the call-us#wp-live-chat-by-3CX{} button pops-in…
    Please can you help me?

    Hi @hexaae ,
    plugin doesn’t support this behavior and due to the implementation it’s not easy to achieve that through css.

    A possible way to do that which is up to you to implement it, is to disable animations from settings (applies to desktop and mobile) and then write your own animation with css for the <call-us> element. But I want to point out to you that you have to be careful with this kind of customizations because they are not supported and it is possible to be incompatible with new releases.

    Oh, I see…
    Obvious question then: can you consider to add specific and separate mobile and desktop settings (position, animation, opacity, size…) for the call-us element? 🙂

    This is not part that we are considering for the upcoming releases.
