• Hi,

I’m using Wptouch to serve pages for mobile phones. When I look at my site at a mobile phone, I see that some pages are cached correctly as Wptouch theme, and some pages are cached as the desktop theme. When I look at the cache directory for incorrectly cached files, I see that both index.html and index-mobile.html are exactly same size.

Why Hyper Cache is not caching all mobile files properly and is there a solution?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thanks for the answer. As far as I understand, I need to put “googlebot-mobile Mobile Safari” to mobile user agents list, is this correct? I have done this now, but still some mobile pages are cached as desktop version.

When I Google “googlebot-mobile Mobile Safari”, the only result showsup is your “Ten steps to build a great mobile version of your website” page.

Are you certain “googlebot-mobile Mobile Safari” is the correct usage? Also this article is quite old, maybe the usage has changed.

    Thanks

Hi, it probably depends on the mobile theme/plugin you’re using. Which is?
