 * Can you please share some light on this feature. Should it be used with modern
   page builders that is both responsive and can output different design for mobile,
   tablet and desktop.
 * _Enable page caching’ and select the option for ‘Generate separate files for 
   mobile devices’, if your website has a mobile specific theme._
 * Mobile score is improved if it is enabled.
