 * Hi, if your plugin is active I can’t substitute an image for a post from a mobile
   device.
    I await support. Thanks for your work

   device, browser and browser version, please send us the following information:
    - Smartphone model
    - Browser
    - Browser version (app version)
    - Screencast of the bug that you have found
 * I would strongly recommend that you submit the information in a support ticket
   that is not public, as the screencast may contain sensitive information. You 
   can open a support ticket at any time at devowl.io/support. Therefore, I close
