  • Hi @stoul

    Thanks for reaching out!

As much as I would like to replicate the issue on your site, I was unable to since your site is currently down.

Can you please share with us clear screenshots instead?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or http://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Hi, the site is up and running.. maybe at the time there was a problem..
It is not my web sites bug or something. You can replicate the problem in any woocommerce site. Just try to see an Attribute
Never the less, here are some screenshots of what I am experiencing in another woocommerce site of mine https://starmyglam.gr/shop/?filter_chromatismos=asimi (mobile)

    Hello,

I am unable to see the site on my end 🙁 it looks like the site is down.

For better assistance to chec your site configuration, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Thanks.

    Hi Igor.
Please, you don’t have to visit any of my sites.

    1. Open a browser with your cell phone (mobile)
    2. Visit this link https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-category/accessories/?filter_color=black
    3. Try to Share the link from your browser. Not Copy it, SHARE it.(for example in the Chrome browser you click on the address and the share button appears).
    4. Check that it shares only this: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-category/accessories/. It removes the string ?filter_color=black.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

I understand you are referring to the URL parameters, i.e. the values after the symbol ? in the URL, this is something you can amanipulate using custom code.

For more information, feel free to check out this article below:
Passing Query String Parameters in WordPress URL.

    I hope this helps.
