    Hi,

    upcoming reservations will show only the upcoming reservations in the next 8 hours.. the reservations need to be PAID, CONFIRMED, or PAY LATER as a status.

    Is there a way to change the default date format to MM/DD/YYYY and time to 12 hour format?

    Hello,

    If I create a booking in my front-end calendar, then the booking is working all fine. If i open the app it’s nicely updated and can see him in the calendar. Only if i want to edit this appointment, i press on the edit icon, and the details of the appointment are coming up. I can change the time or date, but if i press the save button down, it’s popping op a black bar which says “saving..” but it doesn’t save the changes. I only can press the ‘x’ left above, and it shows that the booking hasn’t been changed. Am i doing something wrong?

    Hi,

    make sure you have the last version of Salon booking installed: 3.34.2 and the last version of the app 1.8

    I have the problem that I could not see all the customer in the app. Only in the backend. Is there any filter or problem?

    Thank you for your quick response! I’ve checked both versions and I’m running 1.8 IOS app and 3.34.2 WordPress press plugin.

    Hi,

    try deactivating all your plugins except salon booking and try again.

    On our test app we don’t have this issue.
